These Terms of Use govern access to and use of grantfl. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use grantfl.

User accounts

Some grantfl features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account. You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree to use grantfl lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, submit malicious content, scrape the service in a harmful way, or use grantfl to violate the rights of others.

Intellectual property

grantfl, including its design, software, branding, content organization, and platform features, is owned by grantfl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement.

No guarantee of funding

grantfl is a grant discovery and application tracking platform. grantfl does not award grants, control third-party funding decisions, prepare applications on your behalf, or guarantee that any grant application will be accepted, reviewed, approved, or funded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, grantfl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, funding denials, or other losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on grant information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to grantfl if we believe a user has violated these Terms of Use, created risk for the platform or other users, or used the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using grantfl at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of grantfl after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
